Terms & Conditions
INITIAL PAYMENT: Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment - the deposit is £300. If the booking is made within 28 days of the commencement of the holiday date, then the full payment will be required. Deposit is non refundable.

BALANCE PAYMENT: The balance of the holiday booking payment will be due 28 days prior to the commencement of the holiday date. We have the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received at least 21 days before the commencement date.

BOOKING CANCELLATION: Written notice of cancellation is to be received no later than 21 days prior to the commencement date. If cancellation is notified any later than 21 days, the holidaymaker may be liable to pay the full balance of the holiday booking.

ARRIVALE AND DEPARTURE: You must arrive no earlier than 3pm on your date of arrival and depart no later than 10am on day of departure. This is to ensure the cleaners have enough time to get the property ready for our next guests.

AMENITIES: Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the accommodation and amnesties are suitable for use as described, it is expected that all holidaymakers exercise caution and provide adequate supervision where necessary to prevent injury or damage.

MOTOR CAR & PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Personal belongings are at the holidaymakers risk at all times. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents.

HOLIDAYMAKERS RESPONSIBILITIES: The holidaymaker is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of the furnishings throughout. All equipment, utensils etc. and the property itself must be left clean and tidy at the end of the holiday period.

DAMAGE: Damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the holiday maker who will be liable for such costs on demand.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE: If the holidaymaker is not entirely satisfied with the accommodation offered then they must contact us immediately and we shall attempt to resolve the problem.
