For over seven years, Mulgrave House has been the backdrop for countless cherished family memories as a successful holiday rental. Perched dramatically on a cliff, our home offers breathtaking views of award-winning beaches and stunning coastal landscapes, making it the ideal escape for those seeking tranquility and beauty.

Just a leisurely 15-minute stroll along the seafront leads you to the charming town of Whitby, where you can sip a drink by the harbor and watch the world go by, or challenge yourself to climb the iconic 199 steps to the historic Whitby Abbey.

Mulgrave House warmly welcomes both dogs and humans, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Our spacious, enclosed garden with outdoor seating is perfect for children and pets to play safely.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the soothing sights and sounds of the sea, along with a complimentary bottle of bubbly to start your holiday in style.

Inside, we offer a range of entertainment options including board games, card games, DVDs, free WiFi, and a Smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming services. With a welcome pack on arrival, you will have all the information needed for a seamless and enjoyable experience at Mulgrave House.
